"Date Night in Durango" is a southwestern themed pair of earrings suitable for dinner and dancing at your local high end cowboy bar. Beading them reminded me of a trip I took through Colorado and New Mexico, when I went out dancing in my best cowboy chic get-up . . . boots, denim skirt, silver beltbuckle, turquoise, and a confident swagger. These earrings have the perfect weight of dangle while you are doing the two-step. But I would wear them to the grocery store if I were in a festive mood. They move. Their weight is very comfortable yet motivating. The large (25 mm) focals are porcelain, beaded in seed beads with gold-filled lever-backed ear wires . . . plenty of security so they don't slip off your ears when you toss your head artfully while dancing to a Willy Nelson cover.
