The fun starts with my digitally-painted pink and lavender easter bunny, which I've provided as a standalone element, as well as placing him in a sparkly garden Easter Egg vignette (png format) as well as giving him center-state in a large title graphic with a semi-transparent content area which will change in appearance depending on the background on which you place it. But you need Easter eggs too! This kit has embellished and unembellished, plain and patterned Easter eggs plus bejewelled floral embellishments, a small satin ribbon. You can NOT run out of design ideas with this holiday kit! There are 4 background papers and a glittery Easter egg overlay. All individual elements are in png file format, 350 dpi. The backgrounds are in jpg format, also 300 dpi. Check the readme for the exact dimensions of each element. None of the elements in this product may be used to create another merchant resource. You may use this images to create your own projects for personal or commercial projects, with no restrictions other than these: (1) you may not resell or redistribute the original files. (2) you may not include the images, as is, or in a form in which the images can be extracted from derivative work, in collections for resale or redistribution or in filesharing groups. (3) you may not resave them, as PSP tubes and redistribute them for sale or for free in filesharing groups, (4) this license is non-transferrable. (4) this license covers "reasonable use" by a single user; for example, if you are intending to use the images for mass reproduction (as in stamped patterns for thousands of products for print reproduction in multiple outlets or chain stores or use by more than one person in an educational or business organization, for example), please contact Jaguarwoman to discuss multi-person license or appropriate additional royalty arrangements. If you have any questions about the appropriateness of your usage needs, contact Dana Sitarzewski at jaguarwoman@jaguarwoman.com. Additional specific stipulations may include: (1) Scrapbooking: All products may be used for personal scrapbooking purposes in home environments for the use of the purchasing individual only (license is non-transferrable). (2) an extended license is required for any Jaguarwoman Design product to be used in the creation of commercial scrapbooking kits. Without special licensing provisions, no products licensed at Jaguarwoman Design may be used to create kits. (3) As of June 14, 2010, I have rescinded my legal agreement with Liz Gallagher of TRU Textures and from this date, none of my work may be used in any form in the environment of Second Life. That means that nothing can be resold there and no derivative products which incorporates any of my products may be used in Second Life. For the ethical texture artists of Second Life, I regret this decision was necessary. It is simply too difficult to control or police the filesharing and digital piracy within that fantasy world. The numbers of abusers are simply too numerous, they are anonymous there, and the procedures to file DCMAs with Second Life are too creaky and slow. It is simply not worth the effort; it's a bad bargain for any producer of original digital image resources to try and deal with it. In other words, SL is a bad market for digital artists. (5) CafePress and similar online presses: Buyers are not permitted to upload Jaguarwoman files or products, as is, to create products on a mass basis online. You may, however, create a unique design of your own using my products (like a collage background) and upload that as your own product. Just adding words to my own products is pretty borderline, so think about the ethics of this situation and try to use the design resources to really design something of your own, eh? (6) Printwork For Mass Production: Products may be used to create single print compositions (such as book covers) but may not produce any product for sale in which the entire product is primarily dependent upon my work, beyond a certain number of impressions. without an extended license. The sale of any digital product created as a derivative of any or all images in this archive is limited to 100 copies, unless prior permission is granted via extended license. (7) Decoupage Companies, Cardmaking Businesses, Papercrafting, Printables{ You may use my products to create derivative designs in digitally downloadable cardmaking templates, backgrounds, vellums, toppers, pyramage, and decoupage, including placing the original image which has been used in your derivative craft sheet as a discrete, separate element on the craftsheet IF everything is merged into jpg craftsheet of no more than 150 dpi. Credit is required for this usage of my products but there is no extended license required.
