END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
1. This is a legal agreement between you and Clohie Watkins. By downloading this product and using it
on any computer or device, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement
(EULA). Be sure to read the following agreement before using this product. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS PRODUCT AND DESTROY ALL
COPIES OF IT.
2. This is a license, not a sale. Clohie Watkins retains all intellectual property rights in the contents of
this product. The product and all of its content is provided under the terms of this Agreement, which
governs the use of the content.
3. You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable right to use this product for:
a. Personal Use
4. You may create digital art or graphics for yourself using this product in any manner.
5. You may create printed items from this product provided that no more than 25 of any given design
are produced, and they are for your own, non-compensated personal use.
b. Professional Use
This licence does NOT permit the use of my action(s) to create Commercial Use products.
6. You CAN make bows, ribbons and whatever my actions create, put them in a kit and sell them as
products with a Personal Use and/or S4O/S4H licence.
NOTE: YOU CAN NOT MAKE A PRODUCT THAT IS SOLELY THE RESULT OF MY ACTIONS AND SELL OR
GIVE IT AWAY. FOR EXAMPLE, A PACK OF BOWS.
7. You CAN make an item with my action and put it in the kit as an element, as is, or with modification.
8. You can NOT make a recolourable or template item from my action and redistribute it in any way.
9. You can NOT sell or distribute something made using my action in, or as any kind of, Commercial Use
product.
10. You can NOT share, copy, distribute or otherwise make the action itself available to any other
person for any reason.
For clarification, you, the purchaser, are the only person licenced to distribute the output of this action
to a third party, and only within the terms of this licence as stated.
7. Except as specifically provided:
a. You may not use this product in any manner that is not expressly permitted in this license agreement.
All rights not specifically granted are retained by Clohie Watkins.
b. You may not sell, assign, license, disclose, distribute, or otherwise transfer or make available this
product, in whole or in part, or any copies of this product in whole or in part, in any form not provided
for in this agreement to any third party for any reason.
c. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or information included in this product.
d. You may not apply this license agreement to any other product other than this product, the product it
came with.
You don’t need to give credits but if you do I will appreciate.
LIMITED WARRANTY
THIS PRODUCT AND ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CLOHIE WATKINS DOES NOT
REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THIS PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS USE
WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND
PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PRODUCTS PROVE DEFECTIVE YOU
ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY CORRECTIONS.
