I started out as a webdesigner myself many years
ago and webdesign has always been one of the biggest
market niches for my graphic resources. I've actually
been aquainted with Beverly Zuerlein and her work
for years, but I recently stopped by her site at
Moon
And Back Graphics and fell in love
with the way she uses my designs in websets.
I have designed, literally, hundreds of websets
and I think Beverly does a masterful job of integrating
the graphics into a functional layout that a lot
of people would find fairly easy to use. Believe
me, I've seen some butchered graphics. But Beverly
designs artful AND useful websets.

I love the way she created the central vignette
here, as well as the use of the miniature frames
for buttons. It's a very user-friendly webset but
with a visually rich interface. This is a really
nice design example.
Oh, this one made me really happy to look at, because
when I created the product I didn't envision how
it would be used. What a great surprise to see it
turned into a terrific webset like this! Click

Again . . .a wonderful combination of the design
elements into something so functional for the end-user.
And what an artful deployment of the borders, the
floral elements, the ornaments for the guestbook
and the buttons - everything seems just in the right
place to me. I couldn't have done it differently
myself. I'm critical, no lie, I don't give compliments
lightly. Everybody knows that, LOL.
I totally love this one because of the
colors and the fade-out vignette effect which I
would not have thought of myself.

Here's
the thing . . . I particularly love to see people
use my work in ways that I would not have thought
of when I created the original design resources.
It makes me think that the original work really
is versatile and has a long shelf life
and many uses for many people.
But Beverly has actually tons more great stuff in
her store and I've just shared a few of her websets.
You just have to go there and see what value she's
offering at Moon
And Back Graphics. In addition to the
terrific websets, she's a great photographer to
boot.
It
made me really happy to see somebody using my design
resources so artfully and with so much respect.
I thought: here's somebody who really knows
what she's doing. She sure deserves what
she's charging for these websets and a whole lot
more.
