The "Gold Club" . . .Jaguarwoman
maintains a database of established customers
who are are pre-approved licensees for specific
products in their scrapbooking design projects
intended for commercial sale to endusers
for personal use. Membership in the "Gold
Club" is by private application and at the
discretion of Jaguarwoman based wholly on trust
in their willingness to honor Jaguarwoman's commercial
TOU for scrapbooking kits.
Members
of the "Gold Club" can request an extended
commercial use license on a per/product
basis, for use in scrapbooking kits, by contacting
Jaguarwoman.
Here is a copy of the "Gold
Club" Extended License. Each
license is granted on a per/person, per/product
basis and recorded in another database. It would
be wise to include or refer to this extended license
in the documentation of each of the final personal-use
products, in case someone challenges the use of
the design resources, since I have otherwise denied
the use of my original resources in scrapbooking
kits without this extended license.

You
may use the individual design elements from
Jaguarwoman products to create derivative designs
for scrapbooking products/kits in the form of
frames, cluster frames, vignettes, border art,
decorative embellishments, quickpages, background
papers & collages, journaling tags, banners,
album covers, entire albums, and other functional
scrapbooking design elements, to sell to a third
party for PERSONAL USE, provided that your product
is in a merged, flattened condition and not
sold as a Commercial Use design resource itself
in direct competition with the original product
resources licensed from Jaguarwoman Designs.
The
intention of this license is to make my design
resources available to responsible, trusted customers
for purposes of derivative design, to create end-use
products for sale for personal use, but
NOT to create another design resource to compete
with the original design resources. I
think this is very clear. If it isn't clear, just
ask me to clarify it further.
I
wish all the "Gold Club" members to
relish their creativity and make reasonable further
profit from their purchases.
